FROM THE GARDEN

I pulled some rocket and basil from the garden and found a few other ingredients in the fridge and put together this fabulous English Ploughman's feast for our supper last night. I am pretty happy with our first harvest. It's only a tiny garden, nothing grand-great for a first timer like me. Thank goodness for all the rain last week while I was in hospital with Romilly; our poor garden might not have survived otherwise.
