A few weeks ago we went to this little cafe in Stittsville called Quitters. We rode our bikes; there are bike rakes in the back) and a lovely patio for sunny days. While Steve was routing out our bike ride he took it upon himself to find a fun snack stop. I'm glad he picked this place because my friend Marianne has mentioned it is "the place" to go in Stittsville. If you are looking for a cozy place to drink coffee, tea and enjoy a little snack this is it. I had a turkey sandwich with some lovely chutney on it that is also sold in the cafe. I can't forget to mention it's owned by a little Canadian legend; singer & songwriter Kathleen Edwards. I hope one day to catch a performance.
Fell in love, moved back to England for three years, started blogging about my time here which includes my fairytale wedding, plenty of travel, starting a family and other little bits and bobs. Life isn't always perfect but I sure have a lust for it and I am blessed to have found an amazing best friend and husband to share the bumps with. This is my awesome adventure called life and I am loving it.

PLAITS
We went to get our hair cut today and survived! This was Romilly's first time getting hers cut but Euan is an old pro now. He went to the Barber but I wouldn`t let Romilly get her hair cut there. I saved a pinch for her baby book and asked the lady to give her plaits. She looked adorable! I didn`t get the after shot of Euan yet but I`m sure to post one this week. When S came home he had also went for a haircut funny as it was not discussed- great minds....

WE CALL IT MARRAIGE
Our Cousin Kelly was married over the weekend to her sweetheart Adam. We had a lovely evening twirling on the dance floor. Steve dances with such passion. I wish I could keep up with his groove. We didn't have to pick the kids up until just before church Sunday morning so we woke up very early and rode our bikes 25km to the city to pick up our car. It was my first time riding that far and I am looking forward to doing it again this weekend for Jazz Fest. It was nice to go on the same path that Husband takes to work in the spring & summer months. So much nature! Wishing Kelly & Adam a life of the mutual weirdness we call marriage! xoxo
