Fell in love, moved back to England for three years, started blogging about my time here which includes my fairytale wedding, plenty of travel, starting a family and other little bits and bobs. Life isn't always perfect but I sure have a lust for it and I am blessed to have found an amazing best friend and husband to share the bumps with. This is my awesome adventure called life and I am loving it.

US TENNIS OPEN 2013
Happy Monday! And happy first day of tennis at the US Open in New York! I love to play tennis and always have fun watching tennis. The US Open is the final grand slam of the season and all the best players come out to play.
The top 3 men - Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray - and don't forget the number 7 ranked player - Roger Federer, are set to make the 2013 US Open brilliant!
Who do you think will take the mens title?

THIRTY DAYS
For a little entertainment while Miss LLBC is taking her (well deserved) blogcation, I thought I would assume my duties as Guest Blogger and share a few ideas that are floating around in my mind.
Are you stuck in a rut? Is there something you would like to add to your life?
Do you believe you can do ANYTHING for THIRTY days?
The following video is a great, mid-week motivational, 4-minute investment. Matt Cutts believes if you really want something badly enough you can do it for THIRTY days.
Have a quick watch and let me know what you are going to do for the next THIRTY days?

GARDEN
If you want to be happy for a day, pick a tomato. If you want to be happy for a week, read a book. If you want to be happy for a year, get married. If you want to be happy for life, have a garden.
We picked these from our veg garden today and Connor sent me a picture of this big beautiful Dahlia that I planted in the pool house window boxes. My mom and I have been chatting this week on how rewarding it is to have a garden. Ottawa has been cooler the last few weeks, it has done wonders for my plants. Now if only I could sort out my front lawn-maybe next year.

PUSHHH PRESENT
August is starting off quite lovely.
I found this on the counter after my swim. Eeeek! When I showed Romilly Rose her eyes sparkled and she smiled just as a girl should for Tiffany's. I told her one day it would be her bracelet. Steve said since this will most likely be our last baby that he should close his account at Tiffany & Co- which means no more catalogue delivered to the house. I laughed and said "I'm sure he could think of another reason other than having a baby to gift a blue box".
Thank you My Love. xo
BREATHE IN DEEP AND SAY GOODBYE
Goodbye July- Hello August!
August started off well rested for us. Steve, Connor, Romilly and I all slept in (8am) this morning while Mom got up with Euan.
I am going to keep moving at a positive rhythm and jump into my swim suit and do a few laps in the pool.
A pinch and a punch for the first of the month.
Be kind to me August, let's have fun! LLBC
